Discover the heart of Turkish cooking through yogurt — an essential ingredient that brings richness, balance, and acidity to so many dishes. Ana will lead a yogurt tasting and demonstrate how it’s used much like cream in European cooking, adding richness without heaviness. During the demo, she’ll prepare a few dishes that highlight yogurt’s versatility, including vegetable cigar borek with tomato brown butter, cauliflower fatteh, beef kofte with pistachio & cacik, and one of her favorite comfort foods — yogurt soup with spring vegetables

All of our cooking classes are held in our Allston location and are demonstration-style. Our chefs will do the cooking and baking and you will get to do the eating and drinking—and we'll send you home with all of the recipes from class!
