SPICE LAB: A Cocktail Hour Discussing Blends, Tastes, & Secrets

Understanding spices—how to source, store, and blend them—can elevate everyday cooking from ordinary to extraordinary. Ana will guide you through the essentials, sharing her must-have spice blends and expert tips. We’ll explore the flavors of dukkah and za’atar, tasting them alongside great olive oil and fresh bread. You'll also discover some of Sofra’s signature spices, including urfa, nigella, sumac, and dried mint. Enjoy an evening of flavor exploration with snacks and wine. Includes a take-home spice kit!
