Holiday cookies are predictable, but come to us when you want to add something exciting to the mix! Pastry Chefs Maura and Feyza know the precise balance of flavor and texture; sweetness and spice, crispness and chew. Maura will share some of her holiday favorites that will set this year’s cookie tins apart: saffron snickerdoodles; Turkish delight rocky road; and Sofra’s classic chocolate Earthquake. Feyza will demonstrate traditional Turkish cookies including: Istanbul-style flour cookies dusted with sugar; and Ay Coregi - chocolate cake filled crescents.
