With warm weather ahead, it’s a great time to lighten up our dishes and our bodies with some delicious vegetable dishes. We are lucky to have a close relationship with Siena Farms, which provides Sofra Bakery, Oleana & Sarma with produce year-round. It’s amazing how delicious veggies can be, with the addition of some of our signature spices. Chef Cara will encourage you to add the following Meze dishes to your repertoire: Roasted Eggplant with Tahini, Tomato and Pine Nuts; Carrot Kibbeh, and Celery Root & Leek Pancakes with Yogurt and Dill.
