We could not live without ubiquitous Eggs.  Eggs are incredibly versatile, and take on many different forms and preparations – both savory and sweet.  Fried, poached, whipped, scrambled & shirred – the choices are endless. In this class, participants will enjoy recipes from Executive Pastry Chef Maura Kilpatrick, including: Lebanese Omelet with fresh mint and cheese, Cilbur – Turkish Poached Eggs with yogurt, Arabic Coffee Crème Caramel and Lemon Curd Cake.
