Sweet Sunday: A 25th Anniversary Dessert Reception

For 25 years, one thing has always been true at Oleana: get all the desserts. To celebrate Oleana’s 25th anniversary, join us for a Sunday afternoon dessert reception honoring the pastry chefs who helped shape Oleana’s dessert legacy. Current Pastry Chef Nik Mastalerz is joined by former Oleana pastry chefs Sophie Gees, Kate Henry, and Maura Kilpatrick, each sharing favorite desserts and stories from their time in the kitchen. Enjoy a dessert buffet inspired by Oleana classics, including Maura’s frozen cocoa bean soufflé, Palace Bread, Turkish ice cream, sticky toffee pudding, and, of course, baked Alaska. Tea and champagne will also be served. There’s no better way to spend a winter afternoon than with dessert, stories, and celebration.

All of our cooking classes are held in our Allston location and are demonstration-style. Our chefs will do the cooking and baking and you will get to do the eating and drinking—and we'll send you home with all of the recipes from class!
