Join us at Sofra for a special five-course dinner celebrating the height of summer with Siena Farms vegetables, mushrooms, and the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean. This is a full seated family style dinner experience rather than a cooking demonstration, with a seasonal menu inspired by the close connection between the farm and our kitchen. All of the vegetables and mushrooms featured throughout the evening are grown at Siena Farms and harvested at their peak just miles away from Sofra.
Throughout the evening, members of the Siena Farms team will share stories from the fields, what’s growing right now, and how the rhythms of the farm shape the way we cook at Sofra year-round. Gather around the table with farmers, cooks, and fellow food lovers for a warm summer evening celebrating local agriculture and seasonal food.

All of our cooking classes are held in our Allston location and are demonstration-style. Our chefs will do the cooking and baking and you will get to do the eating and drinking—and we'll send you home with all of the recipes from class!
