Join us for an evening with Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer, the chefs behind Honey & Co: Daily, their most personal cookbook yet, and the duo behind the wildly popular Honey & Co in London

After more than 20 years cooking and living in London, their food has evolved—becoming a little lighter, a little faster, and deeply rooted in the rhythm of everyday life. This class is a reflection of that shift: vibrant, ingredient-driven cooking designed for busy days, where meals still feel generous, satisfying, and completely worth it.

The evening will be part demonstration, part conversation, and includes a copy of the book, along with a generous tasting prepared by the Sofra team: herby chicken sliders, eggplant, preserved lemon and tomato pita pockets, summer-style dirty rice with chorizo, artichoke and asparagus focaccia, seared pork tenderloin with cherry sauce, vanilla custard with figs, and olive oil & chocolate mousse

All of our cooking classes are held in our Allston location and are demonstration-style. Our chefs will do the cooking and baking and you will get to do the eating and drinking—and we'll send you home with all of the recipes from class!
