Breakfast for Dinner— An Evening with Roxana Jullapat

Join us for a very special evening with Roxana Jullapat, the acclaimed Los Angeles baker, author, and co-owner of Friends & Family. Roxana is widely known as a champion of whole-grain baking and has been at the forefront of bringing heirloom grains, fresh-milled flours, and deeply flavorful whole-grain baking into the modern bakery. Her first book, Mother Grains, helped change the way many of us think about baking with grains, and her beautiful new book, Morning Baker, celebrates the simple pleasure of morning baking and makes whole-grain baking feel both inspiring and approachable.

Roxana will begin the evening with a quick demonstration of her Perfect Quiche with Smoked Salmon, Potato & Dill, followed by an interview and conversation with some of Boston’s best bakers about fresh-milled wheat, whole grains, and the remarkable flavor and character they bring to baking. Then we’ll enjoy a special breakfast-for-dinner buffet featuring Quiche, Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Scones, and Buckwheat Joy Muffins, served with Apple butter, Pumpkin Jam & High Lawn Farm Butter.

Price includes a copy of the book.
