Former Sofra superstar baker, now owner of Northlight Baking Co., Shira Melen will be joining us to demonstrate her fabulous French Macarons. Shira will make many of her amazing flavor combinations including one of our favorites, milk chocolate tahini! Pastry Chef de Cuisine, Emily Weber will tempt your sweet tooth with Buttercrunch toffee and Chocolate Tahini Date cookie bars. These small delights will make perfect edible gifts for family and friends this time of year! While Sofra is not a gluten-free facility, the recipes demonstrated in this class will all be made gluten-free.
