This evening is a collaboration with Alexia Hatziiliades—importer, supplier, and longtime friend of Sofra—who brings in her family’s olive oil, fig jam, beautiful cheeses, olives, and more. Her commitment to quality runs deep. We’ll serve a generous, family-style menu inspired by Northern Greek home cooking, paired with Greek wines and shared around the table the Sofra way. All of our cooking classes are held in our Allston location and are demonstration-style. Our chefs will do the cooking and baking and you will get to do the eating and drinking—and we'll send you home with all of the recipes from class!
