Crazy for Crick Cracks

Sofra’s beloved Crick Cracks—crispy cornmeal–buttermilk crackers—are Maura’s proudest creation. In this class, we’ll take the dough beyond the cracker, transforming it into tarts and savory pastries. Recipes include a caramelized onion, date & halloumi galette, fatayer with feta, labne & sungold tomato, and Potato Gratin Brioche with gruyère, urfa pepper & crick crack topping.

All of our cooking classes are held in our Allston location and are demonstration-style. Our chefs will do the cooking and baking and you will get to do the eating and drinking—and we'll send you home with all of the recipes from class!
